What can i do about a swollen ear?

I have recently got an ear infection which has coursed a swollen ear and a stinging aching ear. I have been given ear drops and have had many painkillers but my ear is still hearting and i can not hear. Is there anything i can do to help.

Condoms/lube causing stinging in vagina during sex?

I don't know what to do, I don't think it's a latex allergy I think its whatever is on the condom is causing the stinging since lubes such as KY causes the same painful sensation. I can't go on birth control. Any other suggestions?
