Neutrogena Face Clearing Makeup?

So I've had a problem with my face becoming oily by the end of the day. i wear makeup i put it on at like 5:45 in the morning and by 2:00 it would be coming off like i could swipe my finger across my skin and see the makeup on my finger. I was wondering if it was because my foundation wasnt oil free i use loreal true match. would this neutrogena foundation help my problem??? btw im 15 yrs old
