OMG! i might be only a week pregnant and i'm having super bad pains in my bellybutton and vagina!!!!!?

i was laying down and all of the sudden i had these HORRABLE pains in my bellybutton as if someone were pulling my belly button through my back! and my vagina was stinging! i had alot of other pregnancy symptoms like thick clear gooey stuff coming out of my vagina, high temperature, and ovarie cramps, back cramp, and vagina cramps.. and i had heartburn bad! but right now my belly button is killing me! and it wont stop! what is happening ?!!
