I got stung by a bee Yesterday what should i do?!?!?!?

Okay so i was walking outside , to get something from the car real quick & i stepped in the grass real quick and right away i got stung & honestly i dont know if it was a bee or not but what else would sting me thats in ohio. . . lol anyway im pretty sure its a bee. i have been stung by a bee MANY times before no bee sting has hurt this bad !! i was in my drive way sitting down just holding my foot andd i couldnt walk because the sting was sooo bad . i got up walked back to my house & it started swelling right away . really big . & then i went to bed and this morning its still swollen annd now its ichy realll bad ..............OH & its really numb like when i wiggle it its realllly numb but yeah ........
