Had an accident & the other persons insurance is calling me to sent up a "payment plan"?

Lets see, your new insurance company has nothing to do with this so do not give them any information about the new insurance. Now I assume this happened on private property, at least no police report if on public property, so not it is her word agenst yours unless there are witness. And last, they want payments? That tells me they have no case and just in hope you pay, if they had a case the company would demand full payment. So in the end, in your best interest, do not talk to her insurance company at all (or her)... if anyone talks to them let your old insurance company do the talking.
