How can i get my dog and cat to get along?

I have 2 medium sized cats who I've had for probably at least 5-7 years and one almost one year old medium sized puppy (turning a year old in August) We got this puppy about 8 months ago and we all thought that eventually the cat would realize that the dog wasn't going anywhere and stop hissing and swinging at it and one of the cats didn't really accept him but he isn't mean to the dog at all and he's pretty chill but the other extremely hates our dog. I read somewhere that cat's are usually the dominant ones and that the dogs are usually afraid of the cats or that they're both dominant and it is harder to deal with but neither of these fit my animals. My male cat is totally calm and not really dominant at all, the female cat is extremely dominant and gets really mean when the dog goes around her, and the dog isn't dominant towards the cat but when he is outside or sees people through the window he goes crazy barking but he's also not afraid of the cat, he acts like he enjoys annoying the cat and annoys her as often as possible and of course the cat gets angry, hisses, bites, and swipes at the dog (though she is declawed) and it gets annoying for everyone in the house. For some reason occasionally she gets scared of the dog and hides under the bed and gets stuck inside bedrooms and if left in there too long she has to umm "use the restroom" on the floor and this is also very annoying so I need some way to get these animals to get along, I'll do anything right now pleasse
