Why can't my shedinja learn sword dance?

before i evolve the nincada at lv 25, it asks me if it wan'ts to learn false swipe and i say no. Then it evolves and asks me if it wants to learn sword dance. I allow it and when i check my shedinja it has all the moves except sword dance. WTF? ppl say that's how u do it but.....please help.
