Does this makeup sound alright for a 14 year old?

That sounds great but honestly you cold even add a little more. Like the others said, more girls that are younger than you wear more than that. You could probably add dark brown or black eyeliner but only a thin line, and a little gloss. I'm glad that you are enhancing your features by doing it naturally instead of layering tons of foundation and making your eyes look like raccoons.
