I need help please! Red stinging dot?

Okay there is a little tiny red dot estimated size of a Cal .177 4.5 MM metal bebe its its huge red spot around it (looking like a rash) but sitting on top of a mosquito bite and its stinging like crazy on my whole upper knee cap and lower knee cap and on where the bite it I was laying in the dark and randomly the stining start do you think this is a bug?
