Windows Vista helppp?

Please help, i want to reboot my computer as in fresh clean swipe. and im not sure how to do it on windows vista. when i got the computer there were blank cds where i would copy some to data, is this the recovery disk. if not i could download xp on it but how will i get my drivers back for e.g. etherent?
